I am Zjanee Anderson, unique by virtue of my name with a life story to match it!

My captivating and informative experiences from accessing medical care are provided through the unique lens of being a neurodivergent, larger-bodied female.

My passion stems from my trauma and is fueled by my neurodivergence.

Being neurodivergent and/or a zebra is overwhelming and providing medical care to one can be daunting.

Providers don’t know how to handle those like me and no provider truly wants to butt heads with their patient every visit.

Tag along as I share how I learned to advocate for myself and collaborate with medical providers, better manage my triggers, regulate, and discover more about myself in the process!

Patient or provider: the more we learn about each other, the greater the impact we can have improving health outcomes.
